We want to say a big ‘congrats’ to all 63 of our catering staff that recently passed the Food health & Hygiene certificate.
The club has a commitment to employing as many of our staff as possible directly, from the local area and to provide full training. Whilst the Food Safety was the only formal exam all staff were also instructed in Food Allergen Awarness to better help customers with special dietary needs. It is our main priority to provide our customers with outstanding food and service – it is vital to the club that all employees are properly educated and qualified about food standards.
