Madness will be performing inimitable quirky pop classics such as “House of Fun”, “Baggy Trousers” and “My Girl”, iconic songs that are guaranteed to get you dancing. The band will also be performing some of their new songs, their first new recordings in three years.
The concert is part of an exciting summer line-up at the County Ground, following hot on the heels of Brighton Fringe Festival in May and the annual Ale and Cider Festival, and in the midst of the 2015 cricket season.
Sussex CCC’s Chief Executive Zac Toumazi said, “We’re delighted to welcome Madness to our wonderful ground for what should be a fantastic event. As a club we’re absolutely thrilled to be able to host another world famous artist to Hove as we strive to secure our place as the premier venue in the county for open-air concerts.”
